Lee W. Davis Esquire handles the most serious injury and criminal matters. My 25 year litigation experience is a journey from paralegal, associate to shareholder of the pioneering asbestos litigation firm. I went from an office in a supply closet to the corner office.

I worked investigating serious injuries caused by asbestos: Mesothelioma, Asbestos Related Lung Cancer and Asbestosis. I participated in pioneering Mass Consolidated Asbestos Cases and programmed evidentiary databases of asbestos products by manufacturer, brand, and site to efficiently analyze volumes of testimony, invoices and other discovery materials into useable information to prove exposure to asbestos containing products at jobsites in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan.

After Law School, I was in charge of all aspects 3,200 consolidated asbestos cases in Saginaw, Michigan resulting in the successful settlements for my clients.

Returning to Pittsburgh, PA in 1999, I was responsible for the West Virginia litigation for largest pioneering asbestos practice in the Southwestern Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. In addition, I handled matters in many of the courts of Western Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Beaver, Butler and Washington Counties.

I investigated hundreds of Mesothelioma and Asbestos cancer cases from client sign-up to successful conclusion of a lawsuit and distribution of the lawsuit proceeds to victims or their families. I have succeeded in recovering millions of dollars in asbestos case settlements or verdicts over my career as a Pittsburgh Mesothelioma Lawyer, as a Michigan Mesothelioma Lawyer and as a West Virginia Mesothelioma Lawyer.

Eager to give clients of devastating , serious injury and illnesses, like Mesothelioma and criminal matters more personal attention, I opened the Law Offices of Lee W. Davis, Esquire, L.L.C. in 2013.
